Can I track my shipment with Super Cheap Fabrics?
You will receive confirmation of despatch via email. In this email, you will find your parcel number/s and shipment tracking links. If you have further questions, email or call us please.
How long is the delivery period?
You will find the date of dispatch in your order confirmation. We anticipate that your order will be handed over to the logistics service provider on this date. The period during which the goods remain in transit depends upon the type of shipment that you have selected, and your delivery address. All orders shipping to Australia are delivered in 1-2 days with Express Post. Standard shipping items are delivered within 3-6 days. Orders to New Zealand are delivered within 3-6 days.
Can I provide an alternate address for delivery?
Yes, you can specify an alternative address for delivery in your customer account or during the order placement process.
Are my personal details secure with Super Cheap Fabrics?
The security of your data is important to us. All personal data are therefore transmitted via a secure SSL connection. And, of course, your data are not shared with third parties. To process your order, we must share some data that are relevant with our cooperation partners, such as shipping partners and banks. Data are not shared with other third parties. As a customer, you consistently have the right to request information on your personal data that have been stored (scope and purpose).
Where can I review my order status?
If you have registered with us, you can review your order status by logging into your account. Each time the status of your order changes, you will receive an automated e-mail notification from us or an sms.
I have forgotten my password. What do I do now?
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Have you forgotten your password?" link on the login page and enter your e-mail address. We will then send you instructions on how to change your password.
Does Super Cheap Fabrics specify a minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 1 metre.
Can I change or cancel an order once it has been placed?
Once your item has been dispatched, we unfortunately can't alter your order as it's already in transit. If you would like to change your order before we full-fill your items, please reach out to us.
Do I have to be registered to place an order?
No. You can make a purchase in our shop as a guest, too. If you order as a guest, your details are not stored, since no customer account is created for you. If you would like to register for your next order, you can do this using the same e-mail address. Of course, you can also place multiple orders as a visitor. To order as a visitor: Finish shopping and proceed to checkout. You then have the option to register or to order as a visitor. Registered customers have the advantage of being able to review the status of their orders whenever they wish.
Is the colour of the fabric exactly the same as it appears on screen?
Depending upon your PC's monitor settings, the colour of the fabric may vary from that shown online. In general, however, there is always the possibility that goods may vary in colour and texture; unfortunately, this is unavoidable and does not constitute a defect.
Will I receive my fabric in a single length?
Yes you will receive your fabric as a continuous piece.
Will the fabric shrink?
All natural-fibre fabrics can shrink; this is why we recommend washing the fabric once prior to working on it. Preferably at the temperature that will be used for subsequent washes. For instance, cotton fabrics will shrink up to 5% while flannel fabrics can shrink up to 10% . Please note the detailing of properties of the item in question provided on the relevant product details page.
Is sewing thread that matches buttons available?
Many fabrics' product details pages provide details of further matching items. So you should also be able to find matching sewing yarn & thread.
How will I know whether stripes run horizontally or vertically?
The stripes run as shown in the photograph in our shop. If the stripes are vertical, the fabric is longitudinally striped. If the stripes are horizontal, the fabric is horizontally striped.

Returns and Refunds
How can I lodge a complaint for an item?
Yes. If you should determine that the goods are not as they should be, you may, of course, lodge a complaint with us. In this instance, contact our Customer Service department, which will carefully address your concerns.
How do I get my money back?
Contact our customer support team with the issue and your refund is effected immediately and no later than within 30 days from the date of receipt of your revocation.
