Fabric Care Instructions For Linen

Care Instructions:  
100% Pure Linen gets softer and more beautiful with every wash.

Before sewing:  
We recommend pre-washing your linen to allow for shrinkage of 3-5%. Wash as you plan to wash the finished garment.

Washing:  
Machine wash cold or warm 30°C on a gentle cycle
Wash with like colours. Dark colours may bleed on first wash
Use mild liquid detergent. Avoid bleach and optical brighteners
Do not overload the machine, linen needs space to move.

Drying:  
Line dry in shade for best results and to reduce fading
Tumble dry on low if needed, but remove while still slightly damp to reduce wrinkles
Do not over-dry,  it can make linen feel brittle.

Ironing:  
Iron on medium-high heat while fabric is still damp for a crisp finish
